Shipping Policy

How long does it take?
Every order goes through a 3–5 business day production and fulfillment window before it ships — we take pride in getting your order right before it leaves our hands. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within a week. International timelines vary by destination.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?
In order for us to provide free shipping on orders over $180, we currently don't cover the costs for shipping on returns/exchanges. But once we exchange said item we do cover shipping back Shipping rates range from $6–$20 depending on your location and order size. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What if there's a delay or issue with my carrier?
Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier. While we can't control transit delays or carrier handling, we're happy to help you track down your package or file a claim. Just reach out at westernbootsfashion@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, contact us and we'll arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery online. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

How do I start a return?
Email us at westernbootsfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't ship anything back without approval — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Do you offer exchanges?
yes we do offer exchanges, email us ASAP so we can process a exchange and get you your new item at your doorstep!

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Allow a few business days for it to appear depending on your bank.
