We accept returns within 14 days of delivery online. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

How much does shipping cost?In order for us to provide free shipping on orders over $180, we currently don't cover the costs for shipping on returns/exchanges. But once we exchange said item we do cover shipping back Shipping rates range from$6–$20depending on your location and order size. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?
Email us at westernbootsfashioncompanyinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't ship anything back without approval — unauthorized returns can't be processed.
