Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
All orders have a 3–5 business day production and fulfillment window before they ship. Once dispatched:
- U.S. orders: Estimated delivery within 1 week of shipment
- International orders: Delivery times vary by destination
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships. If you don't see it within one week, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates range from $6 to $20 depending on your location and order size. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I entered the wrong address?
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you must contact us at westernbootsfashion@gmail.com to arrange reshipment. We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors.
Are you responsible for carrier delays or lost packages?
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by the shipping provider. If you have a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?

- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll review your request and respond with return instructions. Do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear. Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
